Wagyu is special and needs minimal interference. Here are my tips for success.

  1. Bring the meat slowly to room temperature before cooking.
  2. No need to add fat to pan
  3. Preheat pan until hot
  4. Do not overcook - 1 - 2 mins each side for steaks
  5. Leave to rest before serving

For Roasting joints we suggest slightly less than prime beeef timing - so between 12 - 15 mins per pound with an aditional 15 minutes at the end - not forgetting the all important 15mins resting time.
